The Ministry of Love to the Nations
Ministry of Love to Nations (MILONA) is a faith-based organization located in the territory of Uvira, in the province of South-Kivu in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which embodies the fire of the transforming power of compassionate service to humanity.
MILONA story
Our Vision
MILONA envisions a society without violence (violence-free society) and full of sincere and reciprocal love towards one another as recommended by our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our Mission
Value the fundamental principles of divine love for the dismantling of systems of oppression and marginalization that subjugate some to the detriment of others; and fight rationally and collectively against material and spiritual poverty.
Our Objectives

Bringing souls back to the Lord in accordance with Divine principles and the New Covenant in Jesus Christ.

Promote mutual aid and community assistance based on biblical principles to meet the needs of vulnerable groups (orphans, idle young people, victims of wars and pandemics).

Promote access to formal and informal education to vulnerable groups to give them hope for a better life.

Promote humanist actions for the elevation and respect of human dignity based on Christian vision, values and morals.

Promote social reintegration and empowerment of vulnerable groups (street children, orphans, widows, children soldiers, etc.).
Areas of intervention
Evangelism and church planting
MILONA is committed to share divine love and establish places of worship where believers come together to live and spread this love. We create spaces where faith and sincere love flourish, uniting hearts and minds.
Education (formal and informal)
At MILONA, we believe that education is the key to a promising future. We offer formal and informal educational support to help people develop intellectually, spiritually and socially, thereby contributing to the improvement of their lives and communities.
Social and humanitarian work
MILONA strives to put Christian teachings into practice by helping those most in need. We provide material assistance, care and moral support to combat oppression and injustice, bringing love and hope to situations of distress.
Empowerment
MILONA works to empower vulnerable people, helping them to become active, independent members of society. We provide resources, skills and support so that they can rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence.
Children's ministry
Children are a precious part of our community. MILONA protects, educates and guides young people towards a future filled with love and security. We create an environment where every child can grow spiritually and personally.
